SERVICES AND PRICES:
My new Check-In service is perfect for pets that need more than just a single session. Check-in services are listed below under Packages.
Standard Consultation:
The fee for a standard consultation is $95.00 for first pet, and $70 for additional pets that belong to the same owner.
I'll schedule a time for the consultation and work with you on the questions you wish answered during that time.
I will make a tape recording of my dialogue with your pet so that you can refer back to it in the future. Each tape includes my communication with your pet with recommendations and suggestions to further help the pet. Usually I receive quite a bit of information, especially if there are complex behavioral or psychological issues to be discussed or solved, or if you have many questions to ask your pet.
All emergency sessions are $135. Visits to stables, including consultation and travel time, is $120 per horse.
All consultations are prepaid.
I accept personal checks, money orders, Visa, and MasterCard.
CHECK-PACKAGES:
Sometimes multiple consultations are a good idea, especially if your pet has health issues or is nearing passing over.
These package prices are based on working with one animal for all sessions unless otherwise specified. All consist of a full initial consultation with followup "check-ins" with the animal.
Check-ins are short sessions where I check in with your animal to see how things are, whether your pet is making progress, feels he/she is getting better, and has anything he or she wishes to tell you.
During the first session with your pet, I do a standard, full consultation with your pet, including up to 8 questions from you, a taped report and some recommendations based on what the result of the consultation is.
Check-ins are less formal. During a check-in I contact your pets and follow-up with how he or she is doing. I may have a question or two from you based on your feedback from the first session, but not necessarily. I then prepare a check-in report on what your pet and I discussed and I email that report to you.
Check-ins are normally scheduled once a month or once every 2 weeks, depending on the situation with your pet.
Check-In package #1: Consultation plus 3 check-in's package:
This arrangement works best in most situations where follow-ups are desired to see how a program is working for your pet.
The first session helps to identify the problem and help both animal and owner recognize what needs to be modified/monitored. Next a treatment or at-home program for both owner and animal is created along with a taped transcript of the session. The program and the tape are sent to you.
The second and third sessions check-in and progress report, finding out how the program/treatments/health is going and fine tuning anything that still needs work. The fourth session is a final follow-up with the owner and the animal on how things are now, any final communications between pet and owner and final recommendations from me so the progress made continues.
Cost: $225.00, a $75 savings over my regular rates
Check-In Package #2: The New Pet Package: Perfect for rescue animals, a new adoption, this is an interview with the prospective animal, then a follow-up session once the new pet has arrived home.
Cost: $170, a $20 savings off my regular prices.
Check-In Package #3: The Healthy Pet, Happy Home program: This includes four sessions, one every other month, a tailor-made program for owner and pet, along with monthly follow-up emails or phone calls to 'check in' on you and your pet. This program is wonderful for both the owner and pet, facilitating closer communication, harmony and understanding between owners and their animals for a healthy pet and a happy home.
Cost: $65 per month for 4 months, a $60 savings off my regular prices or $225 prepaid.
Check-In Package #4: The Performance Program: This program is for owners of show animals. It consists of up to 6 sessions per year, scheduled to coincide with upcoming shows. This is an intense program tailored to the special needs of show animals. With my many years of communicating with both my own and client's show pets with excellent results, I am able to help identify those feeling and emotions your show animal is experiencing that can hinder their performance. Together we can help your animal overcome negative emotions to give them their best capabilities in their show.
Cost: $60 per month for 12 months, up to a $680 savings over my regular fees or $640 prepaid.
Check-In Package #5: The Crossing Over package: This program will help both the pet and the pet owner through the process of saying good-bye with a follow up after the pet has passed. It consists of three sessions. The first session opens up the subject and establishes the pets needs and desires. The second session is usually just prior to the pets passing while the pet still occupies its earthly body.
The final session allows both the pet and the owner to communicate one more time after the pet's passing.
Cost: $215.00, a $70 savings over my regular rates.
